Being asked to draft these few words of welcome 'on the net' does feel a little strange to me as my first job when I joined the Club in 1968 was to send postcards each week to those members of the Men's 3rd and 4th X1's who were not on the phone. In those days our teams played on grass pitches at Perdiswell. Now of course, all our 13 teams play league hockey on artificial grass pitches, we have developed into an all inclusive Club with thriving Men's, Women's and Junior sections. So I am pleased you have logged on.

Official England Hockey YouTube Channel Launched

We are excited to unveil the new YouTube Channel EnglandHockeyTV. Follow to link on the WHC links page to the YouTube site or click here to go directly to the England Hockey TV YouTube link. Since this is an Olympic year the channel will have a distinctive British feel over the next nine months as we get ready for London 2012.
