This was a close and exciting game which could have gone either way. The fives dominated the first half taking the lead after 10 minutes then added a second from a short corner before the break. The second half however, arguably belonged to the sixes who put together some nice passing moves and were rewarded when Doughty guided the ball home after good work from Bradley. It looked like an equalizer would soon come until poor defending allowed the fives to go 3-1 up when an unmarked Andy Hares scored with perhaps the best miss hit shot of the game! The sixes kept fighting and soon pulled a goal back through man of the match Bradley, and although they dominated the final minutes the equalizer proved to be elusive. Well done both teams.
