Worcester 0 Uttoxeter 0 Worcester were looking to build on last weeks great win away at Newark, in this game against Uttoxeter. Although Uttoxeter started the brighter of the two teams, Worcester snuffed any early threats they had. A short break due to a injury to a Uttoxeter player allowed Worcester to regroup. Once underway Worcester began to move the ball around the pitch thanks to good passes and patience by the midfield players. Good work in the circle by Millie Wemyss created chances in open play and from short corners that Worcester were unlucky not to convert. Towards the latter stages of the half Worcester came under slightly more pressure but held Uttoxeter at bay with them rarely looking like they would threaten the Worcester goal. After the break Worcester came out determined and dominated the majority of the play. Any chances Uttoxeter had were quickly halted by the Worcester defence. Worcester piled on the pressure despite decisions not going their way and were unlikely not find the back of the net. Next Saturday Worcester entertain local rivals Stourport.
