Beeston had the opening attack of the last game of the season but Worcester started the brighter of the two teams having more of the possession and putting Beeston under continued pressure. Worcester were unlucky not to take the lead early in the game having created a number of chances thanks to good play by their forwards. Although Beeston had a few attacks Worcester held firm for the first 20 minutes and looked more likely to score. Worcester finished the half down by 1 goal despite good defending. With good play from the midfield Worcester began to build play and create more attacking chances and drew level when Clare Hayes found the back of the net. The game levelled out with Beeston finding a few ways through and grabbed the lead during a short corner. Although Worcester tried to level the scoring Beeston held firm and the score finished 2-1 to Beeston.
