Boys out fighting

This was a good result for Worcester against a good Edgbaston side. Worcester started the game well creating numerous chances throughout the first half, but it was Edge that broke the deadlock just before half time. In the second half Worcester came out determined and quickly grabbed the equaliser when Luke Adams found the net after a great passage of team play. Shortly after Andy Taylor gave Worcester the lead with a well struck short corner, then Rory Simons put the home side further in front when he fired home a reverse stick strike. The game was put beyond doubt when Henry Durie deflected the ball home from an Andy Taylor short corner.
