Worcester continued their unbeaten start to 2017 with a hard fought 3-3 draw. They started with a high press and took the game to Barford and were soon rewarded for their efforts courtesy of Harry Pawson. Worcester continued to dominate and soon grabbed a second goal courtesy of Ross Leighton. Just as half time was approaching a well worked short corner from Barford saw them pull a goal back to make it 2-1 at half time. Worcester started the 2nd half brightly but a miscommunication in substitutions and an unexpected reshuffle at the back saw Barford score 2 quickfire goals to seize the initiative. Another reshuffle of the pack saw Worcester retake control of the game and Jordan Webb scored to make it 3-3. Worcester continued to dominate and should have taken the league after a well worked move saw a 2 on 1 with the keeper which Ross Leighton unfortunately was unable to convert. A well fought game which Worcester should have won ended in a 3-3 draw.
